Service Description

This online evaluation assists with determining your needs and how we should progress to meet your goals. To prepare for your evaluation, please have the following: - doctor's prescription (if required) - recent x-ray (email to me ahead of time or discuss about sending a disc) - appropriate clothing like a sports bra or bathing suit top so I can see your back - yoga mat or towel.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice or a late fee of $50 will be assessed.
